Summer Youth Programs Registration
Camps are limited in size to ensure the best experience for all students. Please register early to secure your child’s spot! Summer camp registration can be completed in person or over the phone by calling 435-755-3239. Please do not mail registration materials.
For half-day camps, the full program fee is due upon registration. For multi-day and week-long camps, a $25 non-refundable deposit (per camp) is due upon registration. Full payment is due on the first day of camp. Payment can be made with Visa, MasterCard or Discover over the phone, or in person with a personal check.

SNC members receive discounts on camps and most of our other community program offerings. A family membership is only $45 per year. New this year, a multi-registration discount is available for anyone registering one child for multiple camps, or registering more than one child (siblings only) for any camps throughout the summer. Multi-registration discounts are $5 off for day camps (half-day and multi-day) and $10 off for week-long camps.

All of our week-long camps include an overnight component on Thursday night. Camp will start on Thursday at 9am and end at 12pm on Friday. Campers will need a sleeping bag. SNC does have a few extras available to borrow if needed. Thursday dinner, Friday breakfast, and a 2012 SNC Summer Camp t-shirt are included in the camp fees. Week-long campers must provide their own lunches.
All week-long and multi-day camps will begin and end at the First Dam parking lot. Students will be shuttled to and from camp locations in the SNC van. If you need directions or wish to make other arrangements, please call 435-755-3239.
All half-day camps for ages 4-7 will take place at SNC. Please drop your child off at the River Trail trailhead. Campers will be met by SNC staff at the River Trail trailhead gate, and will be walked back to the gate at the conclusion of the program.
Student withdrawals more than two weeks in advance will be refunded except for a $25 administrative fee for week-long camps and $5 fee for multi-day and half-day camps. Cancellations within two weeks of the camp start date will be refunded only if the student’s space can be filled from a wait list.
Stokes Nature Center reserves the right to cancel classes due to circumstances beyond our control including weather, illness or low attendance. Camps canceled by SNC will be refunded in full.
