Staff Bio: Sadie Enright
Sadie spent her childhood exploring the mountains, deserts, forests, rivers, beaches and oceans with her parents and younger sister in Utah, Nevada, and Guam. After high school in Utah, Sadie moved to San Diego for her first two years of university. She then returned to Utah and finished her biology degree and added a second degree in elementary education at Utah State University. While in Logan, she met her husband, Cody, and they were married the summer of 2001. Cody is a chef and surfboard shaper, and loves to fix things.
After working in Salt Lake City and traveling to New Zealand, Sadie returned to USU to earn a second degree in Elementary Education. She and Cody then moved to New Zealand for two years where they worked, enjoyed the ocean and mountains and met lots of amazing people. They were able to travel to Fiji, Australia and Hawaii before returning to the states this past May.
In her free time, Sadie likes to spend time with her husband and family. Together they love to hike, bike, camp, fish and do just about anything outdoors. As the Community Programs Coordinator and part of the education team here at Stokes Nature Center, Sadie is teaching, recruiting volunteers and developing some exciting community programs. She would love to see you and your family there!
